Growing up in a large family and learning to cook from watching my grandma, cooking has become one of my passions. My grandmother often cooked for a multitude of people and loved doing it. In amazement I would watch her entertain 100s of people with no sweat. As you see the blessing has passed down to me. I want to take this gift to the next level. Where people can enjoy my cooking not just from my home but right at their very own dining table.

My husband John and I celebrated 21 years of marriage on 2/14/24.

We have four wonderful sons- listen ya girl has the experience😊. I love to cook and I love when people enjoy my food. I especially love when I'm told "This takes me back to my grandmother's/mom's cookin". Customer service is one of my top priorities.

I put care and love into every dish I create- taste and see.


We all know life is busy, time seems to be flying by and everything is ridiculously expensive.

This is why Avela B Cookin’ Exists. As I stated earlier cooking is my passion & helping others brings me joy.
